Hydration for Health


How much water are you drinking in a day? Oftentimes we think we are intaking enough water, however in actuality it could be lacking. Who even knows how to calculate the perfect amount? Some say there is a standard for both men and women! Some say it is different from person to person! Some calculate it based on weight!
